Following the tradition of her curatorial propositions for the Private Itinerary of Fiac in previous years, art advisor Laurence Dreyfus goes into partnership with the British collector Karen Marr to offer, from May 13 – 23 this year, a special and unusual Fine Art Experience. The unique gaze and artistic expertise of Laurence Dreyfus assisted Karen’s own tastes and both have gathered a variety of works selected from the advisor’s best finds during their peregrinations through international art scenes.
The exhibition will take place in an incredible setting, loaded with historical significance and mystery: the house of the resident Doctor to the Tower, father of the collector Karen Marr. The Doctor’s house lets us in through a blue door, symbolising its royal affiliation, and is laid out on four floors. Access to the top floor allows for an exceptional opportunity to discover the unique terrace of a London private home endowed with a roof garden.
Collectors will discover works of major as well as emerging artists including Marcel Broodthaers, Gregor Hildebrandt, Andreï Molodkin, Patrick Neu, Hiroshi Sugimoto, James Turrell etc…
