l’art en plus advises the Fonds de dotation Élysées Monceau since 2019.

Launched in 2019, the Élysées Monceau’s endowment fund supports artistic creation and, more specifically, promotes the work of emerging female artists. This reflects the real estate group’s long-standing link to emblematic French heritage and cultural places in Paris. The group’s founding president, Christian de Dancourt, is himself a collector and patron, who has supported and invested in the French art scene for over 30 years. The Élysées Monceau group has notably started transforming a 10,000 m² site in Aubervilliers, located on the outskirts of Paris, into artist studios and residences. Through its endowment fund, it perpetuates and boosts artistic creation. In 2019, the group served as a patron for Annette Messager’s artistic platform for the Nuit blanche; this year, the Élysées Monceau endowment fund is teaming up with the AWARE prizes, which spotlights female artists worldwide and increases their visibility.
