l’art en plus worked with the Fondation Francès in 2024 to celebrate its 15th anniversary.

Celebrating its 15th anniversary in 2024, the Fondation Francès showcases its contemporary art collection in the heart of the historic district of Senlis and in Clichy, in a recently opened second exhibition space. It welcomes art lovers and the general public free of charge, to share with them the Foundation’s sensitivity to contemporary creation.

Since 2009, the Foundation has been developing a rich and varied cultural program, offering both free on-site and off-site exhibitions, meditation programs, meetings and introductions to art history, as well as an educational program based around the works developed by the Fabrique de l’Esprit, an association accredited as a “club for Unesco”. At the same time, the Foundation carries out in-depth research into the works and the themes they address, knowledge that is materialized and disseminated via an online catalog, visible on its website, and in exhibition catalogs. The Foundation keeps and distributes a collection of 1,500 books about art in its documentation center, which is accessible by reservation. It also forges partnerships with public and private institutions in France and abroad.

Established as the couple’s discoveries unfolded, the collection reveals a common thread – “Man and his excesses” – and is a source of inspiration and strong convictions. Marina Abramovic, Kader Attia, Mircea Cantor, Nina Childress, Nazanin Pouyandeh and Andres Serrano are among the artists in the collection.

To celebrate its 15th anniversary in 2024, the Fondation Francès called on l’art en plus to construct a corporate communication strategy highlighting its pioneering and singular commitment to artists, and sharing the rich programming of this anniversary year.
