Le lauréat bénéficiera d’une aide à la production, d’un accompagnement professionnel ainsi que d’une mobilité à Paris, en vue d’une exposition personnelle au salon unRepresented (4 - 6 avril). Il disposera alors d’un programme de rencontres élaboré sur-mesure, en lien avec le développement de sa carrière artistique.
Évoluant à la lisière de l’image et de la photographie, du réel et d’une captation de l’imaginaire, le travail de Jordan Beal mélange les techniques et les substances, les visions situées et les abstractions collectives.

The winner will benefit from production support, professional accompaniment and mobility to Paris, with a view to a solo exhibition at the unRepresented show (April 4 - 6). He will then have access to a program of meetings tailored to the development of his artistic career.
Evolving on the edge of image and photography, reality and the capture of the imaginary, Jordan Beal’s work blends techniques and substances, situated visions and collective abstractions.

La Maison Diptyque est heureuse d’annoncer la création de la Fondation d’entreprise Diptyque, qui se donne pour mission d’encourager et cultiver l’imagination au cœur de la société, en s’engageant en faveur de la nature & des arts.
La Fondation Diptyque construit son engagement autour de trois axes :
> Protéger et préserver notre patrimoine végétal en œuvrant pour la sauvegarde de la diversité botanique
> Favoriser la recherche artistique pour inspirer le changement
> Encourager la reconnexion avec la nature en invitant chacun à renouer avec le vivant
Parmi les premiers soutiens : la Fondation devient mécène bienfaiteur de l’Herbier national du Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle de Paris et s’associe avec l’École nationale supérieure de paysage de Versailles dans le but de redonner ses lettres de noblesse au métier disparu de Maître jardinier. Elle soutient la restauration du Jardin Serre de la Madone à Menton et devient mécène des jardins de l’Académie de France à Rome – Villa Médicis et de son patrimoine paysager.

> Fostering reconnection with nature and the living world
Among its first actions, the Foundation becomes a benefactor and patron of the Herbier National du Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle in Paris, and joined forces with the École nationale supérieure de paysage de Versailles to restore the bygone profession of Master Gardener to its former glory. It supports the restoration of the Jardin Serre de la Madone in Menton and becomes a patron of the gardens of the French Academy in Rome - Villa Medici and its landscape heritage.

This production and distribution grant aims to promote the dynamism of contemporary Caribbean and Amazonian creation in France, while addressing the inequalities linked to the visibility and mobility of artists from the aforementioned territories.
