l’art en plus has been working with the Fondation Thalie since 2019.

The Fondation Thalie, created in 2014 in Brussels by collector, curator and philanthropist Nathalie Guiot, stands out for its mission to support, promote and disseminate contemporary creation committed to societal themes. Acting as an incubator of thought, the foundation aims to defend and promote collective intelligence in the arts and culture.

Celebrating 10 years of patronage in 2024, the Fondation Thalie marks a decade of commitment to artists on the European, international and emerging contemporary scene, prioritizing collaborative artistic practices, craftsmanship, and the ecological dimension as levers for research and innovation. With a deep conviction in the importance of art in raising awareness, the Foundation has broadened its environmental commitment over the years, joining coalitions and supporting awareness-raising initiatives. To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the Foundation hosted the Regenerative Future exhibition in Brussels, bringing together forty creators and designers around eco-design and ecological narratives, and extending the Créateurs Urgence Climat program initiated by the Foundation in collaboration with the École des Arts Décoratifs in Paris.

Nathalie Guiot has announced that she will close the Foundation’s space in Brussels in 2025 to launch ALEOR Craft & Biodesign, a gallery dedicated to the design of living things and the promotion of know-how. The Foundation will continue its commitment in a nomadic format through production grants, an art collection and publications.
