Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan (ACDF)

Uzbekistan / Japan

The ACDF (Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan) works to promote Uzbek culture on the international stage and to develop cultural cooperation. Among its major projects, the Centre for Contemporary Arts Tashkent (CCA), in the historic heart of the town, is an architectural ensemble transformed by French architects Studio KO into a major hub for contemporary culture in Central Asia. It opens in autumn 2026 with an inaugural group exhibition, Hikmah.

Contemporary Art

Since 2025, l’art en plus has supported the ACDF across the board to position CCA Tashkent as a cultural destination of the highest international standards, with strong regional and global influence. From positioning strategy to visual identity, from website to digital roll-out, the agency steers every aspect of the brand through to the opening.

In parallel, the agency also coordinated the digital strategy and production for the opening of the Uzbekistan Pavilion, designed by Atelier Brückner, at the Osaka World Expo 2025.

Our work:
– Overall strategy and project management: benchmark, audience mapping, positioning and key messaging
– Brand identity: logo, graphic charter and brand book, signage with Studio KO
– Graphic design and editorial content for the campaign, the opening materials and the preview booth at Art Basel Paris 2025
– Website creation and content
– Social media strategy and content production: editorial guidelines, six months of Instagram production (motion design, videos, visuals, reels), performance monitoring
– Digital strategy and production for the opening of the Uzbekistan Pavilion at the Osaka World Expo 2025
