Fondation Carmignac

Created in 2000 on the initiative of Édouard Carmignac, the Fondation Carmignac is a corporate foundation built around two strands: a contemporary art collection of more than 300 works and the Prix Carmignac du photojournalisme, which each year supports an investigative report leading to an exhibition and a catalogue. Since 2018, the Foundation has presented its exhibitions at the Villa Carmignac, on the island of Porquerolles.

From 2012 to 2016, l’art en plus supported the Fondation Carmignac, as well as the Prix Carmignac du photojournalisme (from 2014 to 2016), in promoting its collection, its exhibitions and its commitment to photojournalism, among the media and the public.
